for a 96 LS400 im looking for CAMS and a bigger throttle body anyone know where i could find some? SORRY FOR MAKING THIS POST IM SURE SOMEONE HAS ALREADY POSTED THIS IM IN A BIG HURRY.

please search.....you can't be hurried enough to the point of not being able to type "cams" into the search bar :roll:

nobody makes bolt on engine mods like throttle bodies for the 1UZ. its all custom fit in some way or another....

cams are available from kelford and a few other aussie/nz places, as well as from MVP, a forum sponsor but you are looking at a minimum $900+ install...

 

you can get a regrind from comp cams for under 300$ for a tb i would try the ls 460 or maybe a mk4 supra upgrade and getting an adaptor plate machined.

PD...he wants to get the stuff put in ASAP.

One could pick-up a BMW M3-5 or Benze at same level and have a package that has far more offerings available. Better yet, a purpose built sports car.

 

ok thanks guys... hmmm i wonder how much HP those cams add on lextreme...

 

they will regrind any cam you send. i had a set ground for a te27 corolla. i doubt they have even seen cams for that engine before.
