My passenger side front seat belt won't tighten properly (94 ls400). Basically when you click the belt in place, its is fine, but if you were to then lean forward (pulling the belt forward) the seat belt will become loose and not tighten back up. Then only way to get it to tighten back up is if you hold the belt in place, but click the release button as if you were unbuckling. How do I fix this?

Do you think it will matter if I call the customer satisfaction department if I am not the original owner? Also, where do I find that number?
