96 Parking Brake Adjustment
I'm trying to remove my rear rotors and they just won't come off. They wiggle a bit and one side of the rotor is looser than the other, so it leads me to believe that the parking brake won't disengage fully.
I've been searching the forums but I just can't seem to find the correct procedure for adjusting the parking brake. I followed the wire back to just in front of the differential and tried loosening it but it doesn't seem to be working.
Is there an adjuster on the hub through the hole in the rotor?

Mine is a 92 and there is a rubber plug about dime size on the outboard side of the hub. Pull the plug and there is a star adjuster inside at 6 o clock. I believe I read another thread at another site that the 2nd gens were the same.

I ended up getting it off with a wheel puller. Hammer wasn't doing the job. I still have to do the passenger side.
I seem to have broken the parking brake though... the rear side is very loose.
