IM NEW TO MODIFYING CARS IN GERNERAL. YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY TELL THAT IM A KID(14). MY PARENTS ARE GIVING ME THEIR 1993 LS400 FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN ABOUT 2 YEARS. ITS IN GOOD CONDITON BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START . I LIVE IN VIRGINIA WHERE THE IMPORT RACING SCENE IS GROWING AT A REALLY RAPID RATE AND I WANT TO RACE IT. I WANT TO START EARLY SO I CAN START RIGHT WHEN I GET MY LICENSE. WHAT ARE THE CHEAPEST AND EASIEST ENGINE MODS I CAN DO????


IS NOS LEGAL IN VA, I HEARD IF THE BOTTLE PLUG IN ITS ILLEGAL, OTHERWISE LEGAL????
