There is a guy in Toronto who installed them on his 99 LS400 .

I personally do not feel they are as well designed as they could be . The price is not bad for what they are but for the gains it provides compared to the labour and parts to install i do not feel they are worth it.

Now if they looked like C's or comrades out of Japan i would have been all over them . Too bad they are now out of business . They truly did make a header a work of art never mind performance.

With the cost of the headers, installation and being in a CARB state, I think I'd rather spend the time and money on the RPM activated e-cutout project.

FYI, Cutouts are illegal in CA as well, CVC 27150 plus they are more apparent since they are prone to leaking and can be easily seen under the car, many times if u give headers a good spray and put the OEM heatshield over them smog techs wont be able to tell the difference. oh, and headers will give u a better gain, not only peak, but across the whole powerband.

and we are THE CARB state

Yeah, CARB state, tell me about it. I've pushed about a dozen aftermarket products through the entire CARB sticker process, A to Z.

I have 49-State, CARB unapproved headers on my old '87 Camaro and I've never (yet) been questioned about them during bi-annual tests.

Yes, the car passes both visual and sniff tests. The cat has been slowly showing signs of weakness, though.

They don't look that good to me too. The welds are a bit sloppy and the insides could be smoother.
