94 LS Rear Speaker Problem
Hey guys and gals,
I've just purchased a 94 LS400 139k $5000 and drove 300+ miles to get it. It is in premo shape and I must admit, it is the best driving car I've (49yrsold) ever driven.
The only problem I have is with the NAKAMICHI stereo. Everything works, but I get no sound out of the back speakers. I haven't tried to diagnosis the problem yet. Any ideas what I should look for? Also my front speaker are blown. Any ideas on good replacements?

the stock speaker size is 4", there are tons of aftermarket choices taht will sound much better than stock.
more than likely, the rears are just blown too.
you do have to remove the door panels to change the speakers, those grilles do NOT come off from the outside.
