UCF-20 "splash guards"

Did the 2nd gen LS come with these stock, or were they factory installed for customers that wanted them. Just wondering because jcrome04 has them on a 97' Coach Edition and they look good on his whip.

iirc it was a very rare dealer option that was made by an aftermarket producer.

but i havent seen it on many cars, u dont really need mudflaps out in socal

yup tru that tru that it rarely rarely rains in socal. maybe for a month at the most and than it all disappear and stays sunny california
