Are the adjusting screws still functioning properly? Mine are broken and I need a set of headlights that I can adjust, my jdm ones are pointing straight down.

All the tabs and adjusting screws are intact and functioning.
I took them out long time ago because the lenses were cloudy, and I didn't realize that lenses can be cleaned and polished.
