hi everyone, just went and pick her up.

99 ls400, amazing car, so smooth, wish i got it way earlier, never realize how silky smooth it is.

anyone know why. the "Low washer fluid" message stays on, even when i fill it up. was told maybe sensor needs cleaning? but where is the sensor and clean with what? thanks

 

you didnt post pics

and the reason its not working is because the float that normally signals the low sensor gets embedded with fluid over time and ends up sinking, you can either replace it, or just unplug it like i did.
