Default TEIN CS, v1, v2, CST?? Difference? UCF20

I've been searching for a couple days now, but most of the threads are really too old to get any up to date information.

I've read about Tein CS, CS v1, CS v2, and CST... what's the difference between all of them? Are any of them the same? Which is the latest, which is the oldest?

Thanks

You will find a lot more information in the GS suspension forum. V2 is supposed to be lighter, with a better ride, its the updated version.
