Steering wheel no adjusting.

My steering wheel is stuck in the up position. It will go forward and back, but not down. Anyone know what I can do to get to the down position?

does it make a clicking/grinding noise when u hit the switch?

or no noise at all?

Yes, the motor works, but not grabbing I guess.
