Default Quick Tire Question

I have potenzas that I'm going to mount soon (stock 16" tire size). On the bead of one of the tires there is a slight rip (the rubber piece that's ripped is still attached, so it just folds back over).. enough to see the inner mesh of the tire. However, if a rim were on it, the lip of the rim would completely cover it. I drew an example image...

Red indicates the torn off area.

Now, my question... from the looks of things, will the tire still mount?

It will mount just have to keep an eye on it ,or make sure by using green slime , it was caused by some idiot trying to remove or install them on the rims and they cut it on the bead spinning it off.

dont do it, i work at goodyear and you can only imagine what i see there.... lets just say, exact same situation you have, placed in the bed of a truck, boom, rim/tire flipping 4 feet in the air.... blah blah...
