The headlight itself would fit, but you would need new connectors. The halogen would us a 9006, but since you have HIDs, you won't have a 9006 connector, but a D2S/R connector for the HID. The HID bulb itself will not fit into the halogen headlight. Personally, I wouldn't do it. Even after you got it all connected, you'd have one HID and one halogen headlight. On ebay I see HID headlights going for about $200+, so might as well just spend a little more.

bulb wont fit, the lenses may very well be slightly different colors, and you'l lose the OEM autolevel.

It is completely different , the computer won't work and will set off a fault on the dash, the ballasts and bulbs won't fit as it has cut outs for HID lights but not the holes or mounts .
In the mean time get some clear bra for the light so it will not get any water and destroy what you have.

Thanks for the input my fellow cl members. I guessw i'll go xenon oem, i was also told that the non hid oem's glass housing will melt due to the hugh intensisty discharge.I guess lexus decided to make stronger glass housing for the oem hid option as it with stands alot more heat compared to non oem set up, thx again

You might also consider looking for one from a salvage yard before buying new.

The lens is plastic not glass. Anyway, doesn't matter as it wouldn't melt the lens anyway. That is besides the point since you are going OEM HID headlights anyway.

Agreed the lens is plastic and is the exact same HID or halogen,
Only difference is the inside and rear backing of the housing.
