Combination meter was giving me a code 31, I changed out the mass airflow and air filter intake and forgot to remove the jumper from E1-Te1 of the connection and tried to start the engine. The engine would not start. I removed the jumper from E1-Te1 and disconnected the 20 amp fuse and also the battery to try and reset the ECU, checked all the fuses and even replaced them. Changed out relays and still the engine will not start. What do you recommend?
