If i told you it would no longer be a secret.
There are a few that no one can find without knowing the car intimately , depends on what you want to hide.

I once hid in the passenger's footwell. They found me anyway, so I don't use that one anymore--I now hide in the treehouse.

...oh wait, you're not talking about hide-and-seek?

Seriously none that I know of other than the spare tire well, tool kit, first aid kit or behind the glove box where the cabin filter goes. What are you trying to hide

There are not many good places that most can't figure out as most cars have similar designs. Unless you purposely modify something, it's easy to figure out.
If you have access to your ride, the engine bay so long as the item is not heat sensitive. Beyond that, I can't think of any good spots.

I've hidden stuff in the rear ashtrays before. Also, there's some panels in teh trunk that can be removed for storage of goods. I've done this many times in my Camry.

Don't ask what I was hiding though. Most of the time it was not illegal.

Theres a miniature cubby hole just below and to the left of the instrument panel. If you push on it, it lays down. I guess Lexus was trying to make a spot for loose change, but you can only fit like 5 quarters in it at max.
