Default 1st Gen. LS subwoofer question.

I want to put a single 12" into a 93 LS400. Where are the possible locations to install a sub. My goals are:
1. Must fire directly into the cabin. I.E not in the trunk.
2. Preferably use a box. I will do free-air as a last resort.
3. Be able to achieve SPL levels of at least 120db.

I have a few questions. Any of you that have used the rear deck for a larger (10 or 12") subwoofer, or anyone who has cut out the leather behind the armrest and fire a sub through that area. Is there enough clearance to fit a sub between gas tank and the back seat? Will the trunk torsion bars get in the way should I decide to build an enclosure underneath the rear deck.

Thank you.
Anton
