For the short term, unplug the wires from the two horns -- at least that will stop this nonsense.
(yes, Suneet, the horn is not wired into the ignition - it is always "on".)
If you try to disassemble the steering wheel, first disconnect the battery and wait "a while". The time you should wait is specified in the repair manuals but I do not remember how long it is.
I doubt if I have honked the horn in my current LS more than once in the four years I have owned it. I don't even know if it works. People in the U.S. use horns so rarely that almost no one here knows if their horn works -- completely different from France or Italy where people use their horns at the slightest provocation.

Hate to say this buddy but this is the funniest thing I've ever read on these forums. I could only imagine. See with my Lincoln LS Case, I could only blow the horn for 15 seconds before the thing exhausted itself. Lincoln/ford is a hunk of ****, I hate them, but I think that the horn should be able to exhaust itself after awhile. But yea, keep the fuse out and take it to a CERTIFIED mechanic.

My wife used to drive a '69 Mustang Mach 1. The horn button was a rubber ring around the inside of the steering wheel grip. To honk the horn, you squeezed the wheel. She put on one of those old school Sport Grip steering wheel covers. When the interior heated up, the horn would blow. She was at a UI football game and she could hear the horn blaring out in the parking lot.
The other dumb Ford design was on some (IIRC) Pintos, Mavericks and maybe Torinos, you had to push in the turn signal stalk to honk the horn.
