replacing headlight bulb(s) 91

hey all i got new bulbs today and went to replace them and couldnt for the life of me figureout how to get them out. could some one help me and let me know how?

thanks man i just didnt have time to look through a search it was about to start raining and i had my hood open and things taken out allover the place but that helped tons!
