Diagnostic Codes - O/D Off light flashing

I ran a diagnostic on a 1990 ls400 and it popped up code 28 - Right oxygen sensor. but the O/D Off light just kept flashing constantly with no pauses. Anyone know what this means?

It means you don't have any transmission codes stored. It will do that with the check engine light too if you don't have any codes, it means everything is normal.
