Does the 99 LS4 have an LPS option to auto lock the door when put in drive? If so, how do I do that or do I have to take it to the dealer for them to use the scan tool? Thanks.

Mine doesn't. Or if it does, it doesn't work.

 

Automatically locking the doors when the transmission is put in drive is not one of the customizable settings on a 98-00 LS400. The complete list of settings that can be customized on the 98-00 LS400 has been posted on this forum several times. The 01-up LS430 has additional customizable settings that the 98-00 LS400 does not have.

 

2001+ feature. While every car in its class, and even lower has this, im suprised it was never included in the LS.
