Default NOOB in need of radiator help!!

I want to start by saying hello to everyone and cool forum...

Well here it goes, The other day I was changing the air filter on my 96LS and I noticed a really small leak, well more like little drops coming from the nozzle that connects to the hose that passes the engine coolant to the radiator.

So I decided to investigate, at first I thought it was the little clamp had come loose that holds the nozzle hose together, But on further inspection I noticed a little crack on the nozzle it self< so I pulled on the nozzle a bit to see how stable it was, and that's when it happened.
then nozzle just broke off
I was kicking my self for that one..
To my surprise it Seems that if that part breaks off, you would need to replace the hole radiator..

Well to make a long story short, I ordered the radiator and it just came in.
Now I need to install it and I'm not that knowledgeable with this particular car, but I am pretty handy with tools. So I'm asking for some help in regards to some questions I have before doing the swap.
My questions would be
1. How hard is this swap?
2. Does the bumper need to come off?
3. What kind of coolant does the LS use OEM and is there an alternative that can be picked up at the local part stores.( live in florida hot weather)

Hopefully somebody can give me some insight on this
