Im done with the egr delete and now have to install the resistor to eliminate the check engine light. I have the little resistor that I bought at electric shop but am not sure on what to do? Do I bend this resistor and stick each end into the connector coming from the car that plugged into the VSV and then tap it? Thanks in advance!! Nel

yes on the harness side of the plug, you pop one end of the resistor into each pin on the plug. Very Simple. i did it on my 94 Supra.

 

Will this work on the OBDII cars too? Next time that corrugated tube craps, I'd like to not spend the cash on it if possible...

 

^^^ Try it.... it cant hurt. you get like 6 resistors for $1.29 let us know what u find.
