I don't, sorry I cut out the inside metal, and then used a heat gun and baseball bat and a lot of patience. Forgot his screen-name, but he had the black UCF20 before M/C with the ridiculous Rotiform SJCs and Blitz Type 03s. He was tucking 12s -15 in the rear and he told me how he did his quarters and it's worked so far for me. I have 12.5 +0 in the rear.
