Hey everyone.

Keep getting these codes, any HELP would be great, the oddest one the auto electrician can’t work out is, my car keeps telling him my “heated” o2 sensors are broken, but I don’t have heated one’s, nor ever did as even the wiring loom to the o2’s are non heated items.

21. Main 02 sensor signal (& Heater)
22. Coolant temp sensor signal
25. Air fuel ratio lean malfunction
26. Air fuel ration rich malfunction
28. Main 02 sensor signal (& heater)

These are the codes the auto elec is getting. I thought me best beat would be to ask some Lexus nuts and hopefully get an answer with why I’m getting these and how to fix it.
