Powers Mirrors Don't Work

Need advice. My side mirrors don't respond to the joy pad. Any clues or ideas that could lead to why or repair. thanks dizzy

Make sure you select the left or right mirror before trying to adjust

power mirrors don't respond to joy pad

any ideas on getting the mirrors to respond to the joy pad?
