I found some past posts that mentioned that some of our LS's have 2 ACC cabin filters which cost's double in price.....Anyways, I found a place that sells 2 for $39....made by Denso.

Just thought I would share in case anyone was thinking about getting some and not paying the stealerships a bunch of $$$ for them.

WOW...just changed them. That had to be the nastest thing I have ever touched in my entire life.....Now I know why my car smells all musty

 

theres also a way of cutting up full sized AC filters (for your house) which are normally much better quality than auto ac filters and using them in the oem frame.

 

How far back do these cabin filter replacements go? I ask because I have a 90 model, where is it located? Thanks.

 

I believe 93 was the first year. Prior year models may have the cavity for the filter, but the factory did not install one.
