Is your radiator fan operating? Coolant up to level? Maybe a fuse or a relay has been shot.
It could be a number of things, to lets try and track this down a bit.
Has this started all of the sudden? if it has, you might want to check your relays and fuses first to check. If all is well, you might want to check the current going to the fan, if there is any, then your fan is just shot.

this may be unrelated but my '93 started overheating all the time. after getting the dealer price for a new radiator, fan assembly, and everythign else they could think of, i went to an independent radiator shop. he saw that in the very narrow space in front of the radiator, leqaves, fuzz and other stuff had accumulated enough to blaock off much of the radiator. he hosed that stuff off and it works great for the last four years. temp guage never goes above normal, no matter how hot it gets, even with ac on.
