Grand, you're quick on the draw cause after seeing this , I had to go find it.
Bodykit is by japanese company called Aimgain. It is the Euro edition Grand Turismo. You can see the company name in the front plate.

You are right and I might add that these cars are POS...I live in Japan and I know they break a lot. You can fix them up though and make them look nice.
