maybe your a little herb. I read the first thread and it doesn't cover everything. None of them relates to my problem. It just does not work period.

Obviously you can't understand whats in front of you because the sticky above did not explain the step by step instructions of how to fix it. It just tells you where to send it. If anyone does have first hand experience or If you do understand, then maybe you can explain to me the step by step instructions of how to fix it. The RPM needle and temp needle does not move, but all the lights work perfectly.
