Talking The evolution is here... (stage 2.5? complete)

As some of you already know, the cat's out of the bag. For those who weren't at the meet this past weekend or haven't checked the afterthoughts/pics thread, the exterior makeover is pretty much complete and I can finally say that I'm happy with the way the car has turned out. A huge thanks goes out to Joe and Backyard Creations for all the time and work they put into making the car what it is right now. Joe is just a stand up guy, and you won't find too many like him who takes such pride in his work. Even though I had some seemingly ridiculous requests due to my perfectionist tendencies, they came through and completed the job to my satisfaction. If you want something done right, then this is the shop to go to. Thank to Bob (SoCalSC4) and Rich (r00kie) for their recomendation.

Special thanks goes out to...
Robert ( {-.-} ) for getting me a bunch of parts and for just being a good friend through all these years,
Todd @ TM Engineering for all the top notch work he's done on the car,
Derrick @ D2-Autosport, for the Work Euroline DH's and great customer service,
Francisco and Jeanne @ AeroTect for the clear bra,
Luis @ Carson Toyota for the OEM parts,
Leo @ LuxuryMods for the chrome handle covers (and other parts as soon as they get them! ),
Tirerack for the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires,

and last but definitely not least, my fellow CL bros for all their inspiration, advice, and help ... Eric (LOTC), Charlton (cutecboy), Poyett (V8_Aristo), Eric (ATSOU), Tommy (Lexus GS3), Bryan (LexAristo), Dave (Lextreme), Jay (Jay), Elim (LS400, if you're still alive!), and Marcus (CarlssonLS400)....:: phew:: sorry if I forgot anyone, there's just too many of you in So Cali.

Just thought I'd take a painful trip down memory lane for old time's sake. Here's how my car looked about 3 years ago...

And here it is now...sorry about the blurry ones, it was extremely cold when LOTC took them so blame him for not being able to keep a steady hand LOL.

Wow Wow Wow !!!

After so many choices and look what the final VIPcar / style ended up looking like

Dish is my favorite on a VIPcar. I hope the waiting time for some parts was worth it cause just looking at it picture is VERY NICE. I bet up close is even better.

With so many of you in the S - Cali area with the VIPcar meets meets and more meets

This yrs VIP magazine is going to be even HOTTER !! Maybe i should plan my vacation now.

In the immortal words of the Virginia Slims ads from the ‘60s, “you’ve come a long way, baby.”

I can't belive that was your car 3 years ago. Brian, your car is now a work of art!

Hey Brian, the wheels look great! Love those huge front and rear lips! Glad we were able to help with the project and I like the car overall, its very clean, love the white VIP theme.

That gas station shot with all the clear tailight Celsiors is real cool

Any closeups of the wheel with the custom centercaps?
