Default engine has vibration when in neutral and gased.

Need help! I have a 1991 Celsior which has a strong vibration when in neutral and the engine is
reved up, also when preparing to shift from first gear to second gear. Then no more until process is repeated. Any sugestions welcomed. I love my Celsior!! By the way the Toyota Celsior is the same vehicle as the LS400.

Check compression on cylinders, sparks, wires, coils. Seems like no all cylinders work.

Thanks for your input. I also noticed that ther is oil on the spark plugs. Could the compression loss be by way of the oil rings? Any assistance will be appreciated whereby I don't have to have my engine dismantled.
