I understand a number of people are complaining about their ecru leather and floor mats showing dirt and wear problems. Any confirmation on these concerns?

My headrest has hardened a bit at the top and a few wrinkles here and there,otherwise it has held up over time.The hardened headrests on the rear seats can be cured by just tinting the windows.
