Code 13 is a RPM signal.
If you want to reset it try resetting the ECM. If you can't find the fuse to pull the easiest way is to disconnect the battery, then go into the car and push down on the brake pedal for for about fifteen seconds (it drains all the power in the car ) then reconnect your battery.
lol or he can pull the efi fuse for 3 min

THE "ANTILOCK" AND THE "TRAC OFF" LIGHTS ARE ON WHEN I DRIVE MY 92 LS400. but when i actually lose traction the word"trac" flashes in the speedometer...this only happened once. SO IS IT THE WHEEL SENSORS OR THE OXYGEN SENSORS THAT NEED REPLACING TO GET THE TRACTION CONTROL AND ABS BACK ON TRACK> HIT ME UP ...NEED SOME CONTROL ON THESE NY ROADS
