Program C-best w/o dealer?

I was looking at some threads but nothing about the ls400.

Are there any keystrokes one can use to reprogram the C-best settings?

Will the 98 ls auto close locks when reaching x speed?

You have to take it to the dealer, unless you want to buy thier little computer thinggy.

and No, thats one thing about the LS, not Auto locks.

I do have an OTC scanner... and a nissan scanner.. not sure if i can just either buy the toyota card or something that will give me that ability
