I'm planning on getting an new LS430 (In Black
)in the near future. I considered getting a Mercedes S430 but my friend just picked up one, and I wanted to be unique
Here are the aftermarket parts I want:
-L-Sportline Front Bumper Cover
-L-Sportline Rear Apron
-L-Sportline Model IV Silver (19"x8.5" Front, 19"x9.5" Rear)
-Tint Windows (40-50% tint maybe)
-Chrome Tail Pipes (thinking of L-Sportline, but I'd like to have dual tail pipes...)
And these are some mods i'm either considering or dont know where to purchase:
-Paint Chrome Trim Glossy Black (not sure of this yet)
-Debadge "Lexus" and "LS430" emblems (still thinking...)
-Tail Lights with clear turn signals (I havent seen these anywhere, maybe a JDM part?)
-I've noticed that the GS430 has 300hp, is this from a different ECU? Maybe installing this ECU...
-Anything Else?
I've included a crude photoshop depiction of what i'd like to do... Comments and Suggestions are welcome....

If it were *my* Black LS430 (with Black interior), I would do the following:
Wald Body Kit (F/S/R...Front/Side/Rear)
AutoCouture Supreme 20" wheels or Indicator 20" wheels
5% tint all around (Limo tint)
70% tint on the windshield (very light)
Exhaust of some sort (haven't looked into LS430 exhausts yet)
Lowered on coilovers or springs (unless you have air suspension in which case you're screwed for now)
Custom make a STB (front and rear)
Leave chrome/trim alone
Leave logos alone
Leave tail lights alone
Consider getting SuperCharger.

If you like that "style" of rim, get the Lowenhart LR5 instead. 19" will look small on a LS...20" is the way to go.

Modding cars isnt my thing but just to chime in, I saw a 97 black LS400 one time with all the chrome trim painted black and the chrome emblems replaced with a matte silver, it did look sharp.

Interesting idea. However if you have blacked out windows, all black car, the chrome around the side windows adds some touch to it. I might cover that chrome trim with a masking tape and see how it looks though!
