Default lexus service departments problem

Does anyone know of a lexus dealer that will actually do the service as outlined in the owners manual? All I know want to pile on every imaginable extra, or change fluids at half the recommended milage. According to them, anyone who drives should follow the heavy duty schedule plus.

Can you choose to have the services you want? You should not have to buy in to any extras. If the service writer is the problem....choose another writer. They make commissions.....

The drones are trying to pad their service accounts and they always come up with a list. It is your option what services they will perform. I just say, "no".
