Will I have any issues if I run these wheels on a 99?

19x9.5 +24 in the front and 19x10.5 +36

 

if you are lowered and you do not have fender modded you will. The rear looks a little high for the offset.

I would recommend you running 10's instead with a 23-25 offset for a flushed fitment. The trick is to work with your tires and you should fit anything.
