Front electric fans (AC)

Front electric fans (AC)
Have a 91 LS400. In the past, I think, the front fans came on when i turned on the AC.
Today I noticed that they do not.
I don't have book to of the manuals so I can't really troubleshoot.
Anyone have any ideas?

You probably have a blown relay fuse some where! On my '95 I have two, one in the engine bay and the other underneath the driver's headlight. 
. Don't know Lexus would pick such a place to put that, they probably didn't want me to find it so I could take it into them and get charged an enormous fee for a fuse,
