Like I say I dont have a relay in teh AC socket. I'm trying to troubleshoot intermittent AC compressor engagement. When car was sitting and heatsoaked AC is hot until I drive and flip off and on a few times.

I have an 04 Ultra (no PCS) and mine is missing as well. I was wondering if someone else can check there and let me know...
My AC is working fine. Didn't noticed anything different. Had the car for 2 years now.
The fuse box is under the hood, on the driver side, in front of the strut. You can just pop it out with a pushing in the tab and lift it up.
