I want this kit, it would be nice to get others too, but the VeilSide is kept in stock in the US, and i can get a good deal from GT Autosports, or Steve at Carson. VeilSide usually gets a bad rap for doing the aggressive stuff, but this kit is pretty clean and not that aggressive. Any comments anyone?

I don't really like it but that is me.
You might want to check out the body kit thread a little down from this one on others that people have found and posted.

Not really my style swifty,it does not look right on the LS to me,but it is your choice,i like the rear bumper though.

I could probably get you any kit from japan.I am getting connections for japan kits for people that i know from the GS forum.

here is a link to a few more kits:

http://www.evolution.co.jp/
http://www.wingswest.com

Also you can get copy kits from VIS racing.
They have two kinds the Final evolution kit for $950
and the Emssion's Wide Body kit for $1300.
Talk to Scott at VIS Racing and tell him that Eric told you about the LS 400 Kits that VIS carries.

I definatly dont want a copy kit or anything from ViS or Erebuni. The other kits from Japan are expensive once you get the freight charges...and the time to wait. I know that the Veilside kits retail are already marked down 25% from japan for the us market. Wings West is too plain, Can you get me good pricing on the Veilside kit?

Hi people I was asked by edogg to post some sites re LS body kits

Well in Japan celsior kits are the dogs bolocks so to speak and here are a few sites worth checking out....

well as these are japanese sites you make have to download some software re your browser to allow you to read japanese text if you can read japanese.....but it will also allow you to see the prices in yen off course !!!

worth knowing especially when you compare wald usa with wald japan for prices and why do wald usa have less stock ???hmmmmmm....seems they are just getting japans left overs to me !Well here are the links to the sites as requested on your behalf by Edogg

http://www.wald-japan.co.jp/wald/cat...ducha_top.html

oh just on my previous comment re body kits from japan.

The wald version 3 in the us website is $3,000 us dollars if you convert the Japanese price for the full body kit it is only US$2,000.

And remember that's before getting any discount from the japan.

Is shipping and duties and tax really going to take $US1,000 ??? quite big margins here boys !!!

But I doubt if wald japan will ship to US as they will refer you to their us agent waldusa.

Seems you need to know someone in Japan to get the deal !!!

HA! Swifty, I don't know you but I already like you! You have the right mentality when it comes to fixing up your Lexus!

The Veilside kit for the LS look a little too aggressive for me...I'm not into all the "body lines" on a LS Veilside Kit...

Personally, I like the Exclusive Euro Kit for the LS.

Wald USA is bullshit. They charge WAY too much the kits. The kits should cost the just a tad bit more than the Japanese kits (due to shipping) but they charge WAY more...greedy *****. I would go through an importer instead since in Japan, the importer will get a discount...by the time to add shipping, it should cost the same or LESS as the MSRP when you do a JPY to USD conversion...

Don't buy from Shin-Kai though. They're bullshitters and are a rip off IMO (they don't even go with current exchange rates, they have "their own")

I shouldn't have even bother replying to these type of threads since manaray speaks what I think a little more loudly then me.

I looked at the Wald Japan site but didn't see the version 2 for the LS that they have on the US site. Did I just NOT see it??? I'm quite smitten with it, but for 2 G's it'll have to wait. Can anyone help me out???

BTW, WaldUSA wrote me back and said that it's a fiberglass kit.
