Is the 1998, 1999 and 2000 LS400 owners manual are esseantial the same?

I can't find the 1998 manual easily available on ebay.

I thought I read that Lexus provides free replacement owners manuals. And of course you can view the owners manual on-line if you register on the Lexus website. I sometimes view the manual for my 00 LS when too lazy to go get it out of the glovebox.

I would think that the manuals for all three years would be nearly identical since there were few changes in how the cars could be equipped other than some options later became standard. A couple of differences I can think of is that "brake assist" became available and standard in 2000 and the gas tank capacity shank a bit.

Go to Lexus.com

Then click on "Owners". Register there, then you can both view your manual or order one in the mail free of charge of course. You would need your VIN to register your car.
