Alright, I have a 1990 LS400, I have $2500 to spend on customizing it. I want to spend around $1500 or less on a set of chrome 18s (tires not included). I got a sound system so thats not a problem. I also wanna lower the car. How far should I drop it? What/who's kit should I use, I dont need performance just a smooth ride, any suggestions? AND PLEASE POST SOME OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS ON THE INTERIOR!! Thanks.
