Default bushing replacements

I was looking for a set of bushing replacements for my 95 ls400.

Are there any complete suspension kits for it? upper control arms, lower, rack, strut bar, rear control arms, etc?

Thanks

Chris

I emailed lpdauto@charter.net he has all bushings required... i think i will do the COMPLETE suspension set. Even the ones causing noises are the uggliest, i will still replace all of them as that will improve the ride to factory new conditions probably

Pricing for a complete suspension would be around $680+shipping..

90-01 Lexus LS400 Rear trailing arm bushings $50 each side
95-01 Lexus LS400 Front Strut Rod bushings $70each side
90-01 Lexus LS400 Front Lower control arm bushings $90 each side
90-01 Lexus LS400 Rear Upper control arm bushings $30 each side
90-01 Lexus LS400 Upper control arm bushings. $100 each side

I guess its the best way to go... a bit of work.... but definitely worthwhile... i guess replacing shocks is a good idea if you are doing all this.

Default Aussie bushings

I found some bushins while surfing the net for other stuff for my Lex.

Problem is that they are bookmarked on a computer I can't get to anymore.

But I know I got there via lextreme's links or maybe lexls's links.

I dunno.

Google thema nd happy surfing!

Just like the rest of us

hello, did you also check the flexible couplings that connects the propeller to the differential in the back and also the flexible coupling that connects the propeller on the transmission in the front, can they also be purchased separately, or as an assembly with the diff and transmission, can you check with your contact at lpd auto, about pricing and availability, the bushing items that you posts who makes those? happy holidays,

I have purchased many of my bushing replacements from them. They are very quick to ship. Nice guy ! He sells the ADUS bushings, the same ones the dealers have.

Those strut rod/bar bushings for the 95-00 are pricy I paid less than that for the whole assembly from Sewell Lexus. I'd check just to compare.

yep the good old san gabriel valley. I got my bushings from LPD auto parts, I found them on ebay. I believe they are in Southern California also. Might want to email and check, but I believe they also do local pickups. Their email address is lpdauto@charter.net

an update.... i will never EVER buy these bushings again... they make noises and the ride quality is awful and they are EXTREMELY stiff... road noise increased A LOT!

I need the rear carrier bushing, but i can't find it anywhere...

One more thing.. The strut rod bushings come OEM and have a part number... I have to check it as I don't have it at hand.. Cost is around $35/ea ORIGINAL!

Any thoughts?

keep in mind I'm still learning about the suspension side of mechanics here...did you order regular or poly bushings? all your complaints sound on par with poly bushings...seems like people either love or hate them.
