My new Lexus LS400 is UNDRIVING.

The technical consultant of Civil Court has verified:

A) My Lexus turns towards right 5-6 meters every 100 meters.
B) False Signals of refuelling are very frequent and all computer calculations are wrong.
C) Vibrations and bad dimming at the SUSPENSIONS are very clear and create allarm also for passer-by.
D) The "Auto-Tilt" steering blocks itself and cover the warning ligts of dashboards.

Is it a LEMON CAR?

Toyota-Lexus Italy was not able to resolve these problems and they sayed that were NORMAL!

Have you tried to turn the car back in?

What was the outcome?

what was the outcome of the Lexus corp. complaint?

Why not just trade for another one when it was new.... When they(service) test drives the car, what do they say the problems is???

You do have a warranty use it every day if needed!!!!!

What are the LEMON_LAWS over there in Italy?

Toyota-Lexus Italy had tryed to say that is "NORMAL".

Italian Low don't guaranted the consumers
