Do you mean the plastic nozzle pieces coming from the top of the hood, or the actual sensor? I'm not very knowledgeable on the prev-gen LS, so I guess I've never heard of a windshield washer sensor on a '99 LS

The sensor is located on the bottom of the tank. I have purchased the sensor and I wondering if anyone has instructions on how to install. The sensor is imbedded in a round rubber washer and it appears that it is pushed into the tank. But before I started the installation, I was hoping to benefit from someone's prior experience.
