Is anybody having a hard time getting a hold of them through email or PM? I've done both asking for availability in the future and have received nothing. Been 3 days or so.

What a bunch of BS. First of all, you can't remove the key from the car unless the shift lever is on Park.

Sorry Guys I never did follow up. I did instal the remote start in my car as my sig shows. Its works very well and do reccomend it.

As far as the Lexus guy saying the car going in the lake I say BS too. I was just showing you what they replied.
