Default help - front lower control arms

Guys,

Please help me!

Has anyone ever purchased new front lower control arms for their Mk1 LS?

I ask, because I'm not sure whether the arms you buy from Lexus come with the bushing inside or not?

If you look at the diagram attached, you will see that the front lower control arm is separated from the bushing? This is for a mk 1 LS.

Number 18 is the bush, and 16 is the arm.

When I bought front upper control arms, the bushings were inside the arm already.

Many thanks in advance,

Brit_Lex

I have a copy of the OEM service manual and it talks about pressing out the old bushings and pressing in the new ones on the lower arms. They also have separate part numbers listed too. I'm pretty sure that you gotta get them separate.

Peace.
