Original MSRP for First Gen LS400
I seem to remember that the first few years they were an absolute steal because Lexus hadn't yet established itself.
Does anyone know what the MSRP was for a first Gen LS?
Then I got to thinking, what if we could gather all the MSRP's from each year and see how much they've gone up? That would be interesting.
I hope someone out there knows this.

Wow. $35K for an LS400.
Granted that was 13 years ago, but seeing as they were selling for $17k more in just 5 years, it seems like a deal.
I have a 1992 LS with everything except air-susp. Does anyone know how much my car cost new?

Mine 91LS with everything except traction, nak, and heated seats ran for $42K. There weren't much differences between a 91 & 92 so I would presume a 92 is no more than a grant or two higher than 91. However, a 92 to a 93 would nessitate a good jump in price.

But how much did the options cost?
Nakamichi ?
Traction Control ?
Heated Seats ?
CD Changer (or was it packaged with the Nakamichi?)
I'm assuming two-tone paint was not an additional charge, because almost every LS400 has it.
Does anyone have things like the window sticker, or early dealership brochures scanned in?
I love finding old ads/books for the cars I own.
