I have a 1996 Lexus LS400 with 84k. It is a beautiful car but I have a concern with the climate control. When I get in the car on a hot day and set the A/C system to Max Cold it just blows normal. I mean, it does show 5 bars on the LCD but it just doesn't have that quick cool blower force that all of my other cars have. Do these have some kind of a high blower relay that could be bad?

UPDATE: I had a clogged cabin filter. As soon as I changed it the air speed almost doubled.
