Default trac control pipes ?

I opened up the hood today for regular inspection and saw that the tiny black pipes coming out of the box labeled "traction" on the top of the engine weren't really secured properly on top of the small metal pipes.
funny thing is that to hold them in place there arent any clamps. the metal portion is just inserted in the rubber pipes and left alone.
what passes through these pipes ? are these vaccuum pipes ? and if so why arent there any clamps on the 6 to 10 pipes that i see on top of the engine going from the traction control module to all over... ?

anyone ?
i'm curious to find out if these pipes are in anyway related to the braking system and the vacuum pressure of the abs/traction of the car.
